Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you email confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We will action your order promptly either the same day or the day after you place it assuming that it is a week day.
Time Limits
Any times or dates quoted for dispatch are given and intended as estimates only, and while we make every endeavour to meet the dates given, we shall not in any event be liable for the consequences no matter how arising.Delivery Issues
If you receive a delivery that appears to be damaged or tampered with, either refuse the delivery or sign "damaged" or "incomplete". Signing for an item as "unchecked" will not form a valid basis for a claim. If, upon opening your package, you discover any damage whatsoever, please call or email us immediately. We need to make insurance claims within 48 hours of delivery and we regret that we will not be able to pursue claims for damage in transit after this time.
Please do not order unless you are going to be available to receive and sign for your delivery. Deliveries take place between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not at your designated delivery address when your delivery is attempted, you will receive a card providing contact details of the Post Office or delivery company. In such circumstances, please contact them to make arrangements for re-delivery or collection.
Items that are undelivered for 4 working days will be returned to us. An additional delivery charge will be required before the item can be re-delivered. We do not refund shipping costs for non-delivery unless it is due to our fault or the fault of the shipping company.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Guarantee All our lighting products and lamps are guaranteed for a year after delivery.

Returns Policy
Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Note number which can be obtained from ourselves. Please email info@lml.me.uk
You may cancel your order within five days of making it, cancellations will not be accepted after this period. All cancellations and products ordered in error or not required will be subject to a 30% handling charge with the cost of return carriage to be incurred by the customer. Should you wish to cancel please do so by emailing us at info@lml.me.uk.
Delivery Schedule and charges for the 'Contemporary lighting' product range
We will deliver Free of charge to the UK mainland if your total order comes to £100.00 or more (before VAT is added). Otherwise its £6.95
We will ship using a carrier that gives the optimum mix of care, handling, cost and speed of delivery. Information about this will be given with the 'Order Despatched' email that we will send you. Please note that ALL orders require a signature on delivery!
If we are out of stock for any particular item we will email with the likely delivery date. You have the option to continue with, or cancel your order at that time. Being an online business, we do not have a retail store or customer counter. Our insurance does not allow us to operate a customer collection facility and all orders will need to be sent by the usual methods.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to7 working days of payment or for customers holding an account with us, from the date on your purchase order. customers should allow up to 8 working days for their item to be shipped. Delivery times are based on normal business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Most lamps from the range will be delivered within 4 to5 working days.
